Does anyone subscribe to Cheapskate Monthly or The Home Economizer? What do you think?

I have been getting the cheapskate monthly for about 10 years. I really love it and get some good ideas and advice. I save ALL my copies.
They have changed their name to "Debt proof Living" but it is still Mary Hunt's newsletter.

I read her column in the local paper. I haven't been too impressed since there is usually nothing earth-shaking in it, but I do enjoy the tone of it. Maybe I need to pay closer attention.

I have an online subscription to Cheapskate Monthly/ DebtProof Living and I am a moderator on one of the online forums over there. Needless to say I am a HUGE fan of Mary Hunt and the DPL strategy. This site, the people here and blogging regularly have been just another boost to my saving mentality. Sometimes you need input from more than one source to really get moving in the right direction...or stay moving in the right direction! Smile

I recently got an online subscription to Debt Proof Living/Cheapskate Monthly. I have enjoyed reading the back issues and have gotten some good ideas for saving a little extra money.
